Opened this year, our kitchen is the heart of a home-grown dream, led by a Thai owner whose life’s passion is to share the authentic flavours of her homeland. Every dish is a tribute to family recipes, traditional techniques, and the rich culinary heritage of Thailand. We ordered a "testing" dish (Salt & Pepper Calamari) and Swan Thai excelled without trouble.  Rest of our meals are flavoursome and uncomplicated.  Cooking from the heart with experience, knowledge and precision.  Finally, lovely owners who just started on this journey.  It reminds me of our business adventure some 8 years earlier.  Well done and keep up the great work!  See you again!!
